Job Description

We are seeking a motivated customer support professional with at least two years of previous customer service, technical support, and sales experience. We are e-commerce driven, therefore, great writing skills are a must, and good phone manners is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

·         Provide product/ technical support regarding water purification products via email, online chat systems, and phone.

·         Assist customers with product selection; give knowledgeable advice regarding filtration products and technologies.

·         Answer customer inquiries regarding to sales, orders, and product support questions.

·         Provide additional administrative support to team and management ensuring smooth daily operations of service department.

·         Responsibly handle customers with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

·         Fluent in English, bilingual in Chinese is a plus but not required

·         Energetic, enjoy working and helping people

·         Is interested in water and health related issues

·         Has passion for always learning new things

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Associate college degree is preferred, but not required.

·         2 years of previous product service experience is preferred.

·         Highly skillful with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (compatible email)

·         Hardworking, able to multi-task with strong attention to detail skills.

·         Must be reliable, honest, patient, and organized.

·         Experience in Amazon or online customer support is a plus.
