1st level support for 100 end users in a mix of office and manufacturing settings. Responsible for installing, testing, monitoring, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of computer. Manages user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. Occasional network and server related tasks, as needed. Relies on knowledge and experience to complete tasks. Works under general supervision for task prioritization and goal setting, but is responsible for managing and keeping track of day to day tasks and other projects. Responsible for maintaining the inventory of deployed and available systems. Assists internal users by investigating issues related to hardware, software and network connectivity. Works with users and IT team to prioritize support requests, to quickly resolve the most critical issues.
