Job Description

Materials Administrative Assistant will be in charge of assisting planner in creating work schedules, MRP, order materials for production for an electronics manufacturing company in Anaheim. 

Work schedule: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assist Planners with MRP (SAP) loading customer forecast, work orders and sales orders.
  • Report preparation and submission – customer & suppliers open P/O's, material status, production and shipping schedules, material shortage reports, Min/Max analysis, supplier MRP Reports, and etcetera
  • Maintain good communication with internal teams to provide strong support for customer's requirements.
  • Prepare weekly Open Order Report and Monthly Open Order for Finance
  • Execute Info Record Updates
  • Bill of Material data scrub and quote preparation of BoM
  • Quote preparation and review of data
  • PO Upload confirmation
  • Monthly Supplier On-Time Delivery data preparation and execution of report
  • Filing and distribution to suppliers of Supplier Evaluation Report data
  • May contact vendors

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and clerical skills - ability to develop good working relationships with strong communication skills
  • Good to excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel with strong spreadsheet manipulation capabilities a plus
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Requires a high school diploma with some college preferred
  • Prior experience with SAP a plus
