Job Description:

  • Conducting in-process quality audit and reports
  • Conducting ESD audit and reports
  • Generating quality yields
  • Support QE/PE on process issue solving.
  • Support QE and monitor RMA failure trends.
  • Support QE to disposition  and monitor MRB aging.
  • Support QE to maintain equipment calibration.

Job Responsibilities

Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Responsibilities:

  • In charge of All Newark and Anaheim permits (Fees and paperwork process)
  • Quarterly update the EHS Management review Slides
  • Weekly check of Chemical usage to calculate the VOC usage
  • Quarterly check of Regulatory Compliance Check sheet
  • HAZWOPWER Certified
  • EHS representative (for IQA, FQA, Lunchroom, PPC areas), responsible for HIRACs, and, in conjunction with EHSC, updates Aspect / Impact
  • In charge of the MSDS folders
  • In-charge of the Chemical / Process / Machine Forms
  • LOTO inspector
  • Respirator Certified Fit Test and Monthly check of filter half-mask
  • First Aid Kits order and re-stock
  • Trained and Certified for Internal Auditor (AS9001 & ISO14001)
  • Perform ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 internal Audits and write all reports for all Audit areas; follow up on any findings with PARs or CARs
  • Help with Hazardous Red Cans pick-ups and any Hazardous chemical pick ups, Universal or Ewaste (back-up)

Job Requirements

- Knowledgeable in all quality processes/standard i.e. IPC610 (Certified preferred)

Familiar with medical productions quality requirements is preferred

Able to use standard test equipment

- Good verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

Strong FA/Debug skill and hands-on program solving skills
