Job Description

A logistics company in Walnut, CA is looking for a Software Support Specialist knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support users at all levels throughout their organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming hardware and software support requests via both telephone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide support to the end-user with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and back office software solutions
  • Investigate user issues and identify their source, test and implement best solution
  • Adhere to current documentation methodologies and contributes to existingknowledgebase.
  • Share thoughts openly with team in a constructive and conducive manner.
  • • Field calls and resolve issues outside normal work hours should they occur.
  • Requirements

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Requires an excellent understanding of and hands-on experience in MS Windows/O365
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Synapse experience preferred.
