Job Description
- Run the first article inspection
- Perform in-process inspection
- Attention to detail, the medical device requires detailed paperwork and traceability
- Assist with program optimization to meet quality/production Goals
- Keep work place organized
- Verse in various measuring tools( indicators, micrometers ,calipers ,optical comparator)
- Exp with selecting cutting tools and work-holding solutions
- Exp with Citizen Swiss lathes ( m-series, l-series), CAV, and Tryton barloaders
- Exp with precipitation hardened stainless steels, feed, and speeds
- Fill out the work order and quality data
