Must have basic Knowledge of plumming /electrical/carpetry/ janitorial and cleaning
Job Responsibilities
- install dishwasher, garbage disposal; water valves; toilet repairs and replacement
- quality painting
- installing appliances: Over the Range Microwave ; and Electric Range Oven
- basic electrical: installing new light switches, light panels, ceiling fans, wall outlets, and breakers
- basic carpentry: repairing cabinets & drawers; replacing cabinets and drawers, and doors; installing door handles
- multitask and prioritize tasks
- -janitorial and cleaning
- - required to have tools for all the above tasks
- - Reliable vehicle to and from work
- *English speaking prefered but not required
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience of full time handyman work
- experienced with basic plumbing: install dishwasher, garbage disposal; water valves; toilet repairs and replacement
- experienced with quality painting
- experienced with installing appliances: Over the Range Microwave ; and Electric Range Oven
- experienced with basic electrical: installing new light switches, light panels, ceiling fans, wall outlets, and breakers
