Job Description
Must be able to fix home appliances
Replace sinks/Ceilling fans
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry
- Maintain equipment and installations
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Perform periodic quality checks on equipment and systems
- Wash and clean different surfaces
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or occupants
- Evaluate and repair issues as they arise
- Schedule repairs for faulty equipment or damaged structures
