We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the Ajobstaff Service indicates your acceptance of the amended User Agreement.
Access To The Site
You must ensure that any registration details you provide are accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password, and you are responsible for all uses of your login and password, and PINS, whether or not authorized by you. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or other security breach of which you become aware. Ajobstaff cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. We reserve the right to disable any log-on ID, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions or if any details you provide for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false.
It is your responsibility to ensure your computer system meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the Site. We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the Site. There may be times when certain features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, become unavailable or are modified, suspended or withdrawn by us, in our sole discretion, without notice to you. You understand and agree not to use Ajobstaff to:

- Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content or initiate communication that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.
- Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, ‘junk mail’, ‘spam’, ‘chain letters’, ‘pyramid schemes’ or any other form of solicitation.
- Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- Stalk or harass anyone.
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Ajobstaff Service.
- Post content in fields that aren't intended for that content. Example: putting an address in a name or title field.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Ajobstaff Service or servers or networks connected to the Ajobstaff Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Ajobstaff Service.
Right Of Refusal
Ajobstaff reserves the right to grant a license to the Ajobstaff Service at their sole discretion. Ajobstaff values its employees and will only accept civil language in telephone and email communications. Communication that Ajobstaff employees interpret as inappropriate, including, but not limited to, usage of profane language, anger, threats, or general lack of respect for our staff might result in termination of your license and any obligation for further support or assistance by Ajobstaff. This will be determined solely at Ajobstaff's discretion.

By accepting this User Agreement, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless Ajobstaff Company, its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from i) your use of the Ajobstaff Service, ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications with or through the Ajobstaff Service, or iii) any other matter relating to the Ajobstaff Service. Any business transactions which may arise between users from their use of Ajobstaff are the sole responsibility of the users involved.
Without limitation of the terms and conditions, you understand and agree that Ajobstaff may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this User Agreement, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Ajobstaff, its users, and the public.
Limitation Of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Ajobstaff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Ajobstaff has been advised of the possibility of such damages). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall either party’s aggregate liability exceed the amounts actually paid by and/or due from you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
