Job Description

We are seeking a motivated customer support representative with two years of previous customer service, technical support, and sales experience. We are e-commerce driven, therefore, great writing skills are a must, and good phone manners is a plus.

Position:              Customer Service Representative

Schedule:            Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm

Pay:                     $14- $15

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide product/ technical support regarding water purification products via email, online chat systems, and phone.
  • Assist customers with product selection; give knowledgeable advice regarding filtration products and technologies.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding to sales, orders, and product support questions.
  • Provide additional administrative support to team and management ensuring smooth daily operations of service department.
  • Responsibly handle customers with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

  • Fluent in English, bilingual in Chinese is a plus but not required
  • Energetic, enjoy working and helping people
  • Is interested in water and health related issues
  • Has passion for always learning new things
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 2 years of previous product service experience is preferred.
  • Highly skillful with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (compatible email)
  • Hardworking, able to multi-task with strong attention to detail skills.
  • Must be reliable, honest, patient, and organized.
  • Experience in Amazon or online customer support is a plus.
