Job Responsibilities
- Setup production line and ensure all components are ready for production.
- Review production demands and staff production line accordingly.
- Monitor production progress and make necessary changes to maintain efficiency and meet production demands.
- Oversee training of new employees.
- Monitor performance of employees and provide coaching and instruction as needed.
- Review and resolve customer service issues.
- Report daily metrics.
- Ensure all employees within the line abide by all company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Previous production Lead experience; minimum 6 months
- Fluent English (bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial, but not required)
- Comfortable using a computer
- Able to perform and understand basic math
- Comfortable communicating with members of Management
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends
