Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team in the manufacturing of medical surgical equipment. The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting detailed inspections using precision measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, and comparator
Job Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators, to verify dimensions and tolerances of parts and assemblies.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints for measurements and dimensions of parts.
- Able to enter reports and findings of inspections into company systems
- Conduct routine and non-routine testing of products to verify performance, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document inspection results, maintaining accurate records of all quality control activities, including reports on non-conformance and corrective actions.
- Identify and communicate quality-related issues to production and management teams promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device or surgical equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements .
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
