Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience with Calypso CMM software
• 3+ years’ experience with PC Dmis software
• 3+ years firsthand experience with Hexagon and Zeiss CMMs
• Able to use hand tool measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
• Able to use optical comparator
• Experience completing AS9102 forms
• Experience reviewing material and processing certs
• 3+ years’ experience reading drawings
• 3+ years’ experience working with CAD models for importing into CMM a plus
• Ability to learn new machines and processes quickly
• Strong mathematical skills
• Strong time management skills
• Seeking a team-oriented inspector/operator that works well with multiple departments and personnel
• Read and interpret specifications for inspection requirements of raw material, hardware and processed parts.
