Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator for Common Collabs executes all aspects of inbound and outbound activity to ensure proper supply chain support and customer sales.
Job Responsibilities
✓ Lead client onboarding process in support of operations
✓ Collect and record customer onboard documentations and shipping manifests
✓ Engage with clients with collection of information for QA, food traceability, accounting, and
compliance
✓ Enter Client’s Inventory items in ERP with a high level of precision
✓ Collaborate with Production and Product teams in ensuring proper Food Safety handling
procedures as it relates to warehouse receiving and storage
✓ Collaborate with Production team and confirm Client formula sheet (formula) and process flow
diagram
✓ Enter Client’s Formula in ERP with a high level of precision
✓ Handle Customer Service Onboarding Issues as needed
✓ Collect and request customer binding purchase orders as needed
✓ Enter Client Purchase Orders in ERP
✓ Enter daily production results in ERP
✓ Support in the reconsolidation of inventory in ERP against shipping logs, physical inventory
reports, and customer records
✓ Request QA documentation (COA)per ingredient lot codes
✓ Support Accounting as needed
✓ Publish weekly KPI production report for management review
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is required to do the following:
✓ Regularly required to sit

✓ Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
✓ Occasionally required to walk and talk or hear
✓ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate (i.e. business office equipment: computers, phones and printers)
Job Requirements
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or up to 3 - 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
✓ Minimum of 3 years of equivalent work experience in a similar capacity; preferably in a Food and
Beverage manufacturing environment
✓ Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal form to communicate effectively with
customers and management
✓ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists
✓ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive
working relationships
✓ Proficient with MS Suite
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Team Members of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
